Cancellation policy

Cancellations received at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in time qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations received at least 7 days, but less than 14 days, before the scheduled check-in time qualify for a 50% refund of the total booking price.

Cancellations received less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable under our standard cancellation policy.

Deadlines are calculated from 15:00 on your scheduled arrival date, using local UK time. Each day means a period of 24 hours.

To cancel, please email comfortseasonltd@gmail.com with your booking reference. The cancellation date and time are determined by when we receive your request.

Cancellation charges are subject to applicable consumer law and will not exceed our reasonably incurred net loss. We will take reasonable steps to reduce that loss and adjust the charge where appropriate, including where cancelled dates are rebooked.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.



Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
